The dress is worked top down from the collar. Then you must proceed with front and back and after joining in round you work the skirt part. The skirt part is slightly see-through, so I’d suggest wearing it over leggings, or slip dress. But the skirt part is voluminous so wearing it with same colour underwear (especially for smaller kids) will work great too. The dress can be easily transformed into a top.
