Our mind and body communicate in different ways. one way is trying to communicate through our feelings and our emotions. And sometimes this can be a difficult thing to process as a lot of people can be unfamiliar with knowing what they truly feel because we growing up have online been told about happy anger sad so and so forth but we haven't actually fully gotten into the specific emotions we feel.
