Method:
• Take some oil in a sauce pan & sauté onions for 2-3 mins
• Add in bell peppers & sauté further
• Now add in tomato puree, zucchini, chilli flakes, oregano, cumin powder, salt & cook for 3-4 mins
• Lastly add in cooked beans, steamed corn kernels & cooked millets
• Mix gently and serve with sour cream & guacamole
