JUMPING ON THE YOGURT TOAST CRAZE.
Notes
Ingredients:
• Half a cup of yogurt
• 1 egg
• Pinch of cinnamon
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• Fruit of choice In my case the mixture covered
• 3 slices of brioche but if you use regular bread 2 slices should do it.
Steps:
• Mix together the yogurt, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup.
• Using the back of a spoon make an indentation in the bread, spoon on the yogurt and top with fruit.
• Bake for approx 12 minutes at 180°C (350°F) or until the custard is just set.
