High Protein Lentil Chips🌱

• 🙌 This batch of chips has a whopping 50g of plant based protein! And you can make any flavour you’d like!

✨INGREDIENTS✨
• 1 cup red lentils
• 1 cup water
• 3/4 - 1 tsp salt
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp Rosemary
• 2 tbsp olive oil
🤗Soak your lentils in water for at least 3 hours
🎉 Strain then add to a blender with your water, salt and any seasoning you’d like then blend smooth
🔥Spread a thin layer over a baking sheet pushing all the way to the edges then bake for 30 minutes 350
🔪 Remove from oven, slice into chip shapes then bake again for 30-35 minutes until crispy!
