Tuna Tartare  📕Recipe here:  ❂ Ingredients:  1 lb Raw Tuna Chives (bunch) 1/2 inch Ginger 1 Tbsp Sesame oil 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (tri-color) 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce  1/4 Tsp Sriracha  2 Tbsp Soy sauce 1/2 Avocado 1/2 Mango 1 Lime Juice Salt/Pepper to taste   ❂ Cooking process:   ⁃ Cut ¼ inch cubes of your tuna with sharp knife and put them in a mixing bowl.  ⁃ Add chives, sesame seeds, ginger,sesame oil, soy sauce, 1/2 lime juice, worcestershire sauce, sriracha and mix well.  ⁃ Cut the avocado and mango into small pieces, drizzle with lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.  ⁃ Place the avocado and mango in the bottom of the serving ring, then place the marinated tuna on top. Decorate with microgreens.  ⁃ Serve with crackers or crostini. Enjoy!🤤

Ingredients (2 servings)
 • 2 Persian cucumbers 
 • 200 g sushi grade raw tuna fillet 
 • 1 small watermelon wedge 

Vinaigrette 
 • 1 lime, zest and juice
 • 3 to 4 tablespoons extra -virgin olive oil
 • Herbs of choice, I used chives and chives blossom 
 • Salt

Instructions 
 • 1. Thinly slice the cucumbers, tuna and watermelon. Alternatively layer them on a serving platter. 
 • 2. Add the lime juice, 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil, a pinch of salt, lime zest, a pinch of salt to a bowl. Whisk to combine. 
 • 3. Pour the lime vinaigrette all over the platter. Finish with fresh herbs on top, and a pinch of flaky salt.
