Save this high protein waffle recipe for when you’re in the mood!😋  Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats (I use sprouted) 1 cup cottage cheese 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla  1/2 tsp cinnamon  3 eggs, separated  Directions: 1. Separate the eggs.   2. Beat the egg whites until fluffy.  3. Add all the other ingredients including egg yolks into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.   4. Fold the egg whites into the batter. Do not stir!   5 Pour into a hot greased waffle iron.   6. Enjoy with your favorite toppings! I recommend fruit and a little honey or jam.   7.  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
 • 1 egg
 • 1 egg white
 • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
 • 1 scoop protein powder
 • 1/2 tsp baking powder
 • 1/2 tsp vanilla
 • 1 tsp date syrup

Instructions:
 • Blend ingredients together until smooth and fire up the waffle maker!
