• 1/4 cups Tamari or gluten free soy sauce, low sodium

• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
• 1/4 tsp Peppercorns, ground
• 1/4 tsp Red pepper
• 1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
