I know you’re here for the recipe, so recipe first, my chitchat later.

Oat layer:
 • 🤎 50g (1/2 cup) oat flour / instant oats*
 • 🤎 30g (1/4 cup) @myvegan white chocolate raspberry vegan protein blend, other vegan protein powder or more oat flour**
 • 🤎 7g (1 tbsp) cacao powder
 • 🤎 180ml (3/4 cup) (plant) milk or water

Cream:
 • 🤎 60g (1/4 cup) (dairy-free) yogurt
 • 🤎 10g (2 tsp) nut butter of choice
 • 🤎 sweetener of choice (I used @myvegan toffee flavdrops)

Chocolate:
 • 🤎 15g (~ 3 squares) dark chocolate (I used xylitol-sweetened chocolate)
 • 🤎 3g (1 tsp) coconut oil

* You can also use "normal" rolled

INGREDIENTS
 • 1/2 cup applesauce
 • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
 • 3 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract
 • 3 tbsp milk
 • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
 • 2 tbsp cacao powder
 • 1 tsp baking powder
 • 1/2 tsp baking soda
 • pinch of salt
 • 1/2 cup oat flour
 • 1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 chocolate chips

Bake at 165C for 25-30 min

- 2 Cups Rolled Oats  - 2 & 3/4 Cups Oat or Soy Milk - 1/3 Cup Cacao Powder - 1 Cup Medjool Dates - 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter - 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder - 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract - Pinch of Salt - 1/2 Cup Vegan Chocolate   Garnish: - Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt - Dark Vegan Chocolate Drops  1. Preheat oven to 175°C. 2. Mash dates in a glass baking dish. Add peanut butter, vanilla extract and oat milk and mix well. 3. Add rolled oats, desiccated coconut, cacao powder, protein powder and a pinch of salt and mix well. Add a touch more oat milk if too thick. 4. Fold through the chocolate drops and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean. 5. Slice and serve with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and chocolate drops.  By @chloeevegan

Ingredients 
 • 1/3 banana (or 2 dates)
 • 30 g (1/3 cup) oats
 • 20 g (1/4 cup) protein powder, unflavored or chocolate (read notes*) (OR use more oats)
 • 15 g (1 1/2 tbsp) cocoa powder
 • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
 • 110 ml (1/2 scant cup) milk of choice (read notes*)

Topping
 • 10 g (1 tbsp) dark chocolate 
 • Chocolate chips & kosher salt (optional but recommended)

Directions
 • Add all ingredients to a blender – banana (or dates), rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener of choice and milk of choice. Process until smooth.
 • Transfer oat chocolate protein pudding to a bowl or glass. 
 • Melt chocolate and spread over the oat pudding.
 • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
