Save it now and try later Ingredients • 1 cup Basmati rice • 2 cups water • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables fresh/frozen • 2-3 fresh chillies split • 1 tsp black cumin seeds (shah jeera) • 2 star anise • 1 inch cinnamon sticks • 2-3 cloves • 2-3 cardamom • 1 tbsp black peppercorns • 2-3 bay leaves • 2 dried red chilli broken • 1 tsp garam masala powder • 2 tbsp ghee • 1 tsp salt

Quick & easy Vegetable pulao

Ingredients
• Soak 1/2kg rice in water for 15-20 min.
• ▪️In a cooker add oil and saute 2 potato (cut in half) take them off in a plate.
• ▪️In same cooker add more oil if required then add
• Bayleaf-2
• Cinnamon stick-1 inch
• Cloves -2-3
• Green cardamom- 2
• Black cardamom - 1
• Cumin-1tsp
• Onion -1 big size
• ▪️Saute onion until golden then add ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
• Red chilli powder- 1tsp
• Coriander powder-2tsp
• Turmeric powder-1tsp
• Garam masala-1/2tsp
• Salt-as required add a little water and Cook until oil separates
• ▪️Add Tomato -1 small (cook until mushy)
• ▪️Now add 1cup pea and, 1/2cup carrot cook for 2 min then add soaked rice, potatoes and water cover lid and cook for 2 whistles.

Serve hot

Also known as Tawa Pulao, it has almost the same ingredients as a Pav Bhaji! Today I’m using Pulav basmati rice - 6-8 kashmiri red chilies • - 5-6 cloves garlic • - 2 cups boiled rice • - 1 tbsp oil • - 1 tbsp butter • - 1 tsp jeera • - 1 big onion, chopped • - 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste • - 2 tomatoes, chopped • - 3-4 boiled potatoes • - 1/2 cup boiled peas (I’ve used frozen) • - 1/2 green capsicum • - 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala • - salt to taste • - coriander for garnish Take one cup Daawat Pulav basmati rice. Wash it 3 to 4 times then boil the rice and set it aside. Now heat up a pan with some oil and butter. Add chopped onion, and ginger garlic paste. Now add in chili paste made of soaked Kashmir red chilies and garlic. Add in chopped tomatoes and let it cook. Now add veg
