 • ▢ 1 cup Bajra Atta pearl millet flour
 • ▢ ½ cup water
 • ▢ ¼ cup Bajra Atta for rolling
 • ▢ ¼ cup water for cooking

1. To make whole wheat flour dough : take 2 C of flour, add salt and water to make dough smooth and soft dough. 2. For the stuffing: combine 1 and 1/2 C of Ragi flour, salt and water to make a smooth dough. 3. Roll a small portion of whole wheat flour dough and stuff ragi dough into it. 4. Now roll it like a Parantha and cook it on hot tawa from both sides till golden brown in colour. 5. Apply some ghee on top and serve hot with dal, Sabzi or Chutney.

Ragi Idly is a healthy and nutritious South Indian breakfast dish that is made using ragi flour (finger millet flour). Ragi is a rich source of calcium, iron, and fiber, making it a great addition to your diet.  Ingredients:  1 cup ragi flour  1 cup idly rice  1/4 cup urad dal (black gram lentils)  1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds  Salt to taste  Water as required  Instructions:  Wash the idli rice and urad dal thoroughly and soak them in water separately for at least 4 hours.  After 4 hours, drain the water from the idli rice and grind it in a mixer grinder or wet grinder to a smooth paste.  Drain the water from the urad dal and grind it separately to a smooth paste. Add a little water if necessary.  Combine the rice and urad dal batter in a mixing bowl and add ragi flour to it. Mix well.
