1 large ripe banana 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder  Optional: chocolate chips and sea salt to top  Preheat oven to 350F. Mash the banana then fold in the peanut butter, cocoa powder and protein powder. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes and mix again as the protein will start to slightly thicken the dough. Scoop 6 cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Dough will be wet and sticky! Form circles as best as you can. Then top with chocolate chips if desired.  Bake for 9-12 minutes until edges are golden and center is no longer wet. Remove, top with sea salt and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Enjoy immediately for best results, as they tend to soften after being stored.
