Ingredients:
 • 1/3 cup oat flour (40g)
 • 1 scoop whey protein (30g) - @groundbasednutrition 20% discount code ENGEE0401
 • 1/2 crushed biscoff cookie (6g)
 • 1 tbsp coconut flour (7g)
 • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (7g)
 • 1 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
 • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 • 1 tbsp biscoff cookie butter (15g)
 • 1/2 crushed biscoff cookie (6g)

Add dry ingredients to bowl and whisk.  Add Greek yogurt and almond milk a bit at a time - amount may vary based on your protein powder, but you want it nice and thick.  Refrigerate overnight or at least 4-6 hours.  Add toppings and enjoy!

Macros per bowl:  510 calories, 14g fat, 52g carbs, 40g protein.

Seriously you guys this one’s a MUST try! 🤤 Ingredients: 4 lotus cookies - smash to make your base Mix together in a separate bowl: 200g non fat plain Greek yogurt 30g light cream cheese 25g vanilla protein powder (I used diesel) 10g melted biscoff spread Pour mixture over base then top with 10g of melted biscoff and 1/2 a smashed lotus cookie. Recipe:

Oat layer:

-40g oats

-20g vanilla protein - I use macromike - use my code amb-eliyaeats

-1/2 tbs / 10g sweetener

-dash of cinnamon

-100-130ml almond milk (add more or less if needed- make sure the almond milk sits right on top of your oats & it’s properly mixed so it becomes thick overnight)

Mix your ingredients together and place in your bowl

Biscoff cheesecake layer:

- 10g biscoff

- 10g light cream cheese

-10g yogurt 

Soften the biscoff & cream cheese choc for about 10 secs in the microwave

Add your yogurt and mix well till a nice thick ganache forms

Layer your oats & refrigerate overnight

The next day top with 1/2 a crushed biscoff biscuit & enjoy ✨
