INGREDIENTS:

-5 pears, halved and seeds scooped out
• - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• - 2 tablespoons agave nectar or maple syrup/honey
• - 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

- vanilla ice cream, optional

DIRECTIONS:

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2) Cut pears in half and scoop out any seeds.
• 3) Place the pears into a baking dish. A little tip: cutting a slice off the back of the pear will make them sit upright.
• 4) Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon and drizzle with agave or maple syrup. Top with chopped pecans.
• 5) Bake
