✨masala paneer fry✨

Ingredients 

- 100g paneer
 • - 1/2 cup Yoghurt
 • - 1/2 tsp turmeric
 • - 1 tbsp red chili powder
 • - 1 tsp garam masala
 • - 1/2 tsp ajwain
 • - salt & pepper

- 1 tbsp flour (to thicken the batter)

First slice up your paneer. Now make the batter by mixing all the spices with some yogurt and then add some flour to it to thicken the batter. Add the paneer and let it marinate for 30 minutes before pan frying and serve with chaat masala and coriander 😍

paneer roast !! Every time I make paneer I get so many dms asking for the perfect paneer roast without sticking to pan !!
 • So here is how I do !!
 • Soak paneer in warm water for 10 mins 
 • Remove in appear towels and wipe out the excess moisture marinate with chilli powder, turmeric powde , salt and Garam masala !
 • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with oil once sloop is hot add the paneer and fry in high flame for 5 mins .
 • After 2 mins flip the paneer and cook all the sides 
 • Reduce the flame to low after 5 mins .
 • Once it’s cooked all sides and crispy remove from the pan and switch off the stove 
 • Paneer will never stick to the pan !!
 • You may use the paneer in rolls, sandwiches, variety rice and many more !!

Ingredients used are-  Oil for shallow frying paneer and onion  Paneer-400-500 grams  Onion- 2-3 medium size  Tomato- 4-5 medium size (Boil the tomatoes for 10-12 mins)  Some salt  Melon seeds (Magaj)- 3-4 Tbsp  Some prepared fried onion  Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 Tbsp  Some water as required to grind the ingredients  Now, in a kadhai or pan-  Oil- 2 Tbsp  Ginger and garlic- 1 Tbsp each and green chillies-  1-2 piece  Prepared gravy  Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 Tbsp, turmeric  powder- 1 Tsp, coriander powder- 1 Tsp, garam  masala- 1 Tsp, cumin powder- 1 Tsp  Water as required  Green peas- 1 cup  Fried paneer, fried onion  Kasuri methi- 1-2 Tbsp and some fresh cream

Chilli Paneer!!😍  Step-by-step recipe:  • ▪️Take 350 grams paneer in a bowl.  • ▪️Add salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 3 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp maida. Add a little water and gently mix. Keep aside.  • ▪️Heat oil in pan.  • ▪️Add paneer cubes into the hot oil.  • ▪️Fry until the paneer cubes get golden brown and crispy.  • ▪️Drain and keep aside.  • ▪️Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.  • ▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp ginger and some dried red chillies. Sauté for few seconds.  • ▪️Add 2 tbsp chopped green onions. Sauté for a minute.  • ▪️Add 1 cup onion quartered and 1 cup capsicum cut into squares. Sauté for 2 minutes.  • ▪️Add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and sauté for a minute.  • ▪️Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp green chilli sauce, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and
