Ingreds>800grams fresh kadayıf,400grams butter,Walnuts.For the syrup>4cups granulated sugar,1.5liters milk,400ml liquid cream,2heaping tsp plain icecream.For the syrup>take all the granulated sugar in a pot and add 2cups of milk.Heat until the sugar dissolves.Once the sugar dissolved and cooled to room temperature,add the remaining ingreds.The syrup should be cold.Shred the kadayıf,add the melted cooled butter,mixing thoroughly to combine.Spread half of it onto tray and press it down firmly.Add the walnuts,cover with remaining kadayıf,press it down firmly.Place in a preheated oven at 180dgr° until the top is golden brown.Remove from oven,flip it in another tray and put it back to the original tray.Once the kadayıf is done,let it sit for about 5mins.Pour half of the syrup over it.
