Are you worried that your tight neck could be causing your neck to hump? Try these 4 movements for 30 seconds each, 3x through to help improve your range of motion to avoid developing a neck hump:
 • Chin retraction (pretend to give yourself a double chin)
 • Look over left & right shoulder with chin level
 • Ear to shoulder
 • Chin up and down
