Recipe 👇  4-5 boiled potatoes halved  Oil for cooking  1 tspn methi seeds  2-3 dry red chillies whole  Salt to taste  2 tspn turmeric powder  2 tspn ginger garlic grated  4 tspn red chilli powder  Coriander leaves for garnish   Heat oil, add in the methi seeds with dry red chillies, potatoes, salt and turmeric. Roast the potato well. Keep aside  In the oil, add ginger garlic grated & red chilli powder. Cook lightly for 5 mins. Add in the potatoes and mix well.  • 4 medium potatoes - boiled, peeled and mashed
 • 6 cloves garlic – mashed
 • 2 dried chilies – mashed
 • ½ tbsp ground timur – can replace with szechuan pepper
 • ½ cup diced tomatoes
 • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 • ¼ cup diced red onion
 • 1 tsp ground turmeric
 • 2 cups water
 • Handful of scallions chopped
 • Cilantro and green chilies for garnish

Delicious Nepali Potato Soup
Recipe 👇  4-5 medium potato boiled  1 onion medium diced  1 tomato diced  5-6 cloves of garlic  2 red chilli whole Salt to taste  1 tspn red chilli powder  1 tspn jeera powder  1 tspn black pepper powder  1 cup water boiled  . Pound the potato well in a mortar pestle so that it gets a cheese like consistency. Ground the red chillies & garlic together into a paste. Heat some oil, add in the onions,fry till golden & add in the tomato with salt & spices. Add in the garlic chilli paste & cook till the raw smell goes. Add in some water & drop in the potato shaped as dumplings. Simmer for 10mins till the potato puffs a little.
