Mochi: 110g glutinous rice flour 30g cornstarch 40g sugar 185ml milk 15g butter 10g pumpkin powder Filling 300ml heavy cream 30g sugar Fresh mango cubes Mix glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, sugar, pumpkin powder, milk in a bowl. Sift once, cover with plastic wrap, prick some holes in the plastic wrap, and steam until fully cooked (30 min). Transfer the dough to the stand mixer bowl, add butter, & beat it. Bring heavy cream & sugar together in a bowl & beat until stiff peaks form. Transfer into a piping bag & keep it cool in the fridge. Dust the working surface & the dough with more cooked glutinous rice flour. Divide the dough into 6 pieces, & roll them into 6 round sheets. ♡Glutinous Rice Flour- 45g ♡Corn starch- 10g ♡Sugar- 50g ♡@matcha.cloud.ksa - 2g to 3g ♡VeganMilk- 85g ♡Vegan Butter- 10g  1. In a bowl, Add matcha powder and 30g Warm milk; whisk until no lumps. 2. Add rest of the Milk and Mix until combined. 3. In a pan, Add Glutinous Rice Flour, Corn starch, Sugar and the Matcha milk. 4. Mix until combined without lumps. 5. Add Butter; Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed. 6. Use hand gloves and Knead for 3-5 minutes until stretchy. (It'll be hot, so let it cool a bit and knead by stretching it) 7. Divide the mochi into bite size pieces and coat with corn starch to prevent sticking. 8. Dip in condensed and crushed cookies. 9. Enjoy!💚✨

🍡💚Shrek Mochi Bites
💗 Strawberry Mochi 🍓💗 Ingredients:
- 100g Glutinous rice flour
- 30g Corn starch
- 35g sugar 
- 180ml milk 🥛 
- 2-3 drops strawberry food colour
- 15g butter 🧈 
Filling:
- 150ml Non-daury whipping cream
- 50ml dairy whipping cream
- 1-2tbsp condensed milk
- 3 tbsp strawberry puree

Steps:
1- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together glutinous rice flour, sugar, milk, and strawberry food colour. Mix until everything is dissolved completely.
2- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Steam for 20 minutes or until dough becomes translucent.
3- Then add the butter and mix until dough is well combined. Knead until well combine and dough becomes soft and stretchy. Let the dough cool for 45 minutes. 
4- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for filling above using hand mixer until stiff peak.
