Matar Pulao!!😍 Step-by-step recipe: • ▪️Wash 1½ cups basmati rice and soak it in water for 20 minutes, drain and keep it aside. • ▪️Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pot. • ▪️Add whole spices (1 bay leaf, 4 green cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 3 cloves and 10-12 black peppers). • ▪️Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. Sauté until they turn fragrant. • ▪️Add 1/3 cup cashew nuts. Fry for few seconds until it changes colour. • ▪️Add 1 tbsp grated ginger and 3-4 chopped green chillies.
