Ingredients  🍫18 Dates  🍫1 + 1/2 cups Milk  🍫1/2 cup Oil  🍫1 cup Wholewheat flour  🍫1/4 cup cocoa powder  🍫1 tsp Baking soda  🍫1/2 tsp Baking powder  Method:  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and line a 5 inch cake tin with parchment paper.  2. Start by removing the seeds from the dates and soak them in 1/2 cup of milk for a minute.  3. After soaking, transfer them to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth puree.  4. In a large bowl, combine the dates puree with the remaining milk and oil.  5. Now add all the dry ingredients to the mixture and thoroughly mix them together.  6. 140g dark couverture chocolate, melted
140g condensed milk, room temperature
40g milk, warm
50g all purpose flour/maida
1 tsp baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180C
Melt the chocolate in a large bowl and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Turn batter into a 6" bowl and bake for 17-20 minutes. Tent the top with a sheet of foil into 10 minutes of baking if the top is overbowning.
