Ingredients: 
 • 2 salmon filets (Or 1 large one cut in half)
 • 2 tablespoons olive oil
 • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
 • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 
 • 1 lemon, squeezed 
 • 1 teaspoon of honey 
 • 1/3 cup of pistachios

Directions: 

1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350. 

2. Rinse your salmon under cold water, pat dry and season with s+p on both sides and set aside. 

3. Add your pistachios to a blender and quickly pulse for a couple seconds- or optional to use a plastic bag and smash. 

4. In a small bowl, combine your lemon, honey, garlic, mustard, and olive oil. Spread about 3/4 of the mix on top of your salmon. Then add your crushed pistachios to your 1/4 sauce remainder and top your salmon.

Ingredients for 2 servings: ~240g salmon fillets, skinless (1/2 pound) 1 tsp garlic powder 2 Lemons sliced +1/4 juice 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp Paprika Chopped parsley to serve Instructions: To a small ramekin add: Garlic powder, small squeeze of lemon juice, honey, mustard, oil and paprika. Mix. In a baking tray lay the lemon slices so they cover the baking tray. Add the salmon fillet on top. Brush the sauce on the salmon so to cover it well, keep 1/3 of the sauce on a side for later. Bake at 200C (390F) for 12 mins Take the baking dish out and spread the remaining sauce on top of the salmon. Put the salmon under the oven grill for 3-5 mins. Sprinkle chopped parsley and enjoy🤗

 • 1 large skin on filet of salmon
 • 1 Tbsp BBQ Rub
 • 1 tsp of honey (or brown sugar) 
 • 2 Tbsp buttter
 • 2 garlic cloves - finely minced
 • 1 tsp herbs from Provence 

Season salmon with bbq rub of choice 
 • Set grill or smoker to 275 and cook over indirect heat for 20 minutes. 
 • Top with garlic herb butter and cook for an additional 10 minutes until internal temp hits 130F

Ingredients  2 salmon filets 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp paprika 1 tbsp olive oi 1 tbsp butter 4 cloves of garlic 4 sprigs of thyme  Let the salmon come to room temp. Pat the salmon dry, especially the skin then score the salmon skin. Season both sides with salt, pepper & paprika. Rubbing into the slits! Heat skillet over med heat. Then add the oil (after the pan is hot). Add salmon, skin side down, press down with a spatula. Cook for 2 mins, flip & cook for another 2 mins. Flip again, reduce the heat to low & add butter, garlic & thyme. Baste for 4 mins. Zest with lemon zest, juice & parsley.
