INGREDIENTS
 • 3 tbsp Seed + Mill Organic Roasted Garlic Tahini
 • 1 tbsp sea salt
 • 1 tsp pepper 
 • 1 handful fresh rosemary
 • 1 tbsp olive oil
 • 2 c canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed, pat dry

STEPS
 • 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 °F. 
 • 2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients to coat the chickpeas well.
 • 3. Spread mixture parchment paper-lined baking sheet and roast until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Store in an air-tight container.

These tagine spice roasted chickpeas are a delicious addition to an appetizer board or perfect to enjoy as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

* 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1 teaspoon paprika

* 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

* 1/2 teaspoon cumin

* 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

* 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1/4 teaspoon coriander

* 1/4 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Lay the chickpeas out on a paper towel and thoroughly dry them. Toss with the tablespoon of olive oil and then lay them flat in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Bake the chickpeas for 25 minutes.
