 • stay hydrated and moisturized, it can be harder to remember to drink as much water in the winter when it is not warm so make it a routine 
 • create a bedtime routine to help you wind down and get enough rest 
 • stick to a sleep schedule and try to keep close to it on the weekends too 
 • supplement with vitamin D
 • embrace the slower pace 
 • get cozy
