 • 1 tbsp baking powder
 • 1 tsp baking soda
 • 1/2 tsp salt
 • 2 cups (450g) oat milk

 • 2 tsp vanilla

ingredients (makes 6-8 pancakes)
 • -1 cup oat flour 
 • -1.5 tbsp chia seeds
 • -2 tsp baking powder
 • -1 egg
 • -1 tsp vanilla extract 
 • -1 cup oat milk 

-maple syrup for topping 

instructions:
 • -combine all ingredients in a bowl. let the batter sit for 10-15 minutes. this is important to let it thicken up so you have fluffy pancakes!
 • -heat a pan or griddle to medium heat. add a tiny bit of coconut oil or butter to pan to melt (optional: I *carefully* wipe out the excess with paper towels so the pancakes cook evenly) 
 • -use a 1/4 measuring cup to portion out the pancakes. allow them to cook for 2-3 minutes per side (resist the urge to flip until bubbling and golden brown)

-repeat with remaining batter. top with maple syrup and enjoyyyy!

 • 1/2 cup oat flour
 • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
 • 1 teaspoon baking powder
 • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
 • 2 large bananas, divided
 • 2 eggs
 • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
 • 1 tablespoon melted butter, melted then cooled, plus more for greasing pan (or ghee)
 • 1 cup milk, (your choice of any milk)

 • This is perfect for breakfast and most importantly this recipe is eggless , sugar free and gluten free .

So in a way healthy too ! 

Ingredients: 
 • 1 1/2 cup milk 
 • 1 tbsp vinegar 
 • 1 cup oats 
 • 1/4 cup cocoa powder 
 • 1 tbsp of Protein Powder (optional)
 • 1 tsp baking powder 
 • 1/2 tsp baking soda 
 • 2 ripe bananas 
 • Salt as per 
 • Butter 
 • Fresh fruit 

Honey or chocolate syrup 

Recipe : 
 • In 1 1/2 cup of milk add 1tbsp of vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes 
 • take one cup of Oats with 1/4 cup coco powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, and 1 tsp of baking powder 
 • Grind it into fine powder/flour 
 • mash 2 ripe bananas, add in the oats coco powder flour , salt and the milk 
 • mix well till it forms a thick batter
