DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CRUNCH OVERNIGHT OATS   ingredients:  Base: 1/2 cup (40g) oats 20g cocoa protein powder(optional) 1/3 cup coconut milk 1 tsp flax seeds 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp cocoa powder Splash of vanilla extract  yogurt layer: 1 + 1/2 tbsp plain yogurt + 1/2 tbsp sweetener  crunchy toppings: 10g melted dark chocolate 2 tbsp cocoa puffed wheat cereal 1 tsp coconut oil 1.Mix all the ingredients  together for the base. And pour your mix to the jar you will be using. 2. Prepare and mix the yogurt ingredients in a separate bowl too. And spread that on top of the base. 3. Mix the ingredients for the top layer in a separate bowl too. 4. Without waiting pour the top layer over the yogurt layer on to your jar. 5. Lastly leave it in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
 • 1/2 cup oats
 • 1/2 banana or 2 chopped dates 
 • 2 tbsp chia seeds
 • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain)
 • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice (you can leave this out to reduce calories for your personal goals. It’s good without it!)
 • 1 tsp cinnamon
 • dash of sea salt 
 • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 
 • 1/4-1/2 cup berries of choice 

Directions:

1. Mix everything together in a large or Tupperware and seal tight! Refrigerate overnight!

Overnight Oats (perfect easy meal prep recipe)

Ingredients:
 • 1/3 cup oats
 • Handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds etc.)
 • 1 tbsp chia seeds
 • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 • 1/2 cup plant based milk* correction from video
 • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
 • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
 • Add sweetener (optional)

Shake everything up in a jar with a lid, leave it in the fridge to thicken overnight. The next day, just heat it up or enjoy it cold with fresh fruit on top! Enjoy!

Ingredients

Base:

70gr small oat flakes

140ml vegetable / milk drink

First layer:

100g vegetable / Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon of cocoa

2 teaspoons cocoa / chocolate flavored protein powder

Topping:

Chopped hazelnuts

2 teaspoons of Nutella (or cocoa and hazelnut spread) melted in a bain-marie / microwave

A few nuts

Sprinkled with cocoa

Method:

Create the base and put it to set in the fridge for at least three hours. Then decorate it with the first layer and with the topping as in the video, leave it in the fridge overnight and enjoy the overnight oats the following morning for breakfast.

Sweet Coffee Cream:
 • * 2 tbsp @lakanto brown monkfruit sweetener
 • * 2 tsp instant coffee
