Moong dal pakoda (bhajiya)

Ingredients:
 • 1 cup soaked moong dal
 • 1 tsp jeera
 • 3-4 garlic cloves
 • 4-5 green chillies (you can adjust )
 • 1/4 cup chopped onion
 • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
 • 1/2 tsp Haldi
 • Salt as per taste
 • Oil for deep fry

Method:
 • In a mixer jar, add soaked moong dal (I soaked for overnight)
 • Add Cumin Seeds, Garlic, Green chilli.
 • Grind it coresly
 • Take it out in bowl
 • Now add Onion, Fresh Coriander Leaves, Turmeric Powder and Salt
 • Mix it well for 4 to 5 minutes
 • Then heat up the oil and fry small pakodas
 • Let them cook till get golden brown colour or till cooked completely.
 • Enjoy
