NO SUGAR MANGO CHIA SEEDS PUDDING

Method 

- take 3 tbs chia seeds
 • - soak in 1 cup milk (room temperature)
 • #MeghnasMagicTip - While you can soak chia seeds for 2 hours but overnight in fridge would give the best results
 • - make 1 mango purée with 2 tsp of jaggery powder (you can use jaggery per taste or completely avoid too)
 • - now mix this purée into chia seed mixture
 • - pudding is ready; garnish it with chopped mango and sliced almonds
 • Enjoy chilled nutritious Chia Seeds Pudding as the perfect breakfast in Summer

OTHER VARIATIONS - 
 • 1. with milk add some vanilla essence and make it plain vanilla. And top it with berries.
 • 2. You can add chopped dates and banana to make different pudding - then you won’t need sweetener like jaggery.
