 • Heat on medium stirring constantly
 • Be careful, really hot
 • Once it turns color and sugar is melted remove from burner. Slowly add a little water. Be careful it doesn’t splatter. It will bubble, just stir again. Add a little more and stir. Keep going until you get the desired consistency. I like ours runny so we can drizzle it over cakes etc.
