To make them, follow these simple steps:

1. Cut the stems off fresh roses, leaving only the flower heads.

2. Take a balloon and insert a rose head into it.

3. Fill the balloon with water until it is the desired size. Make sure the rose head is fully submerged in the water.

4. Tie the balloon tightly to prevent any water from escaping.

5. Place the balloon in the freezer and freeze it for several hours or overnight until the water is completely frozen.

6. Once the ice sphere is frozen, remove the balloon by cutting it off with scissors or by running the frozen balloon under warm water for a few seconds until it peels away from the ice.

7. Arrange the ice spheres in a bowl or container and add ice or additional

These floral ice cubes are gorgeous and perfect for Mother’s Day brunch, baby or bridal showers, and birthday parties! 🎉

1) Cut blooms off flowers and place in ice trays (I use mini carnations and larger carnations - I used two different sized ice trays!)

2) Fill trays with water and tuck blooms into tray so they don’t pop out

3) Place in freezer and allow to freeze at least 4-6 hours!

4) Remove from freezer, pop out the ice cubes, and place in a beverage bucket or champagne bucket! Enjoy the beauty!!

Save this post for your next Valentine/Galentine’s Day party! These floral ice cube roses make any bucket look gorgeous 🌹 such a fun idea and very easy to make: 1) cut off your rose buds or petals and insert into an ice cube tray 2) fill ice tray with water.. TIP: use distilled water for clear ice, makes it look even prettier ❤️ 3) leave it in freezer until it’s completely frozen for around 3-4 hours 4) fill bottom of bucket with regular ice and insert your favorite drinks before placing the floral ice cubes I used a total of 3 ice cube trays with lids that I bought from @target to fill my bucket and my favorite prosecco from @lamarcaprosecco Who’s ready to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your loved ones?!
