If you've struggled to grow corn, you'll know that it's a real bummer when you miss the harvest window, either too early or too late.

Too early and you have poorly formed corn that is likely under-pollinated. Too late and you have hard, gummy kernels that aren't going to taste great even if you cook them.

You're looking for the silks, or hair-like strands at the top of the ear to be browning to the point where you could just brush them right off or take them off with a slight tug.

The kernels should pop and a milky substance should be pouring out.

Don't stress if you get some of these little worms at the top. It's really common and

Ingredients 
 • 1 can corn (drained)
 • 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
 • 1/2 tsp parsley
 • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
 • Salt and pepper to taste
 • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan (or less)

Instructions 
 • On medium heat, add corn to skillet
 • Add unsalted butter
 • Mix
 • Add minced garlic
 • Mix
 • Cook for a couple minutes 
 • Stirring often
 • Remove from heat
 • Add salt and pepper
 • Add parsley 
 • Add shredded Parmesan 
 • Mix
 • (Add more Parmesan if preferred)
 • Enjoy!

This is a great side dish to most meals. It doesn’t have a strong garlic taste either. Adjust recipe to your liking. A quick and easy side dish recipe with only a few ingredients!

Ingredients:
 • - Shucked corn ears 
 • - Olive oil 
 • - Garlic powder 
 • - Onion powder 
 • - Paprika 
 • - Salt 
 • - Pepper 

Instructions: 

Shuck your corn (if it’s not already shucked.) Take a sharp knife and cut the corn in half. Take one side of the corn and cut again in half to create 4 “ribs.” 

Mix your olive oil and seasonings to taste in a separate bowl (you know the drill; if ya ain’t sneezin, it ain’t seasoned😚). 

Coat your corn ribs in the seasoning mix. Pop in the air fryer for 15-20 mins until golden brown or rack on the grille for 10-15 mins. 😋
