What does starting your day in a way that works for you look like? 

I've been experimenting with my morning to see what works well, and I've realised it's actually having a slower start and getting back into bed that helps me feel grounded and calm. I used to reserve this for the weekends as a treat because I thought my morning routine had to look a certain way to set me up, not considering that a slower start might be exactly what I need in this season of life.
