Guys, I just made a healthy high-protein pumpkin cheesecake, and it tastes like the real thing! It has less calories, less sugar, and the best part more protein!   Ingredients (serves 2) cheesecake mixture 10 oz cottage cheese 1/4 cup pumpkin purée 1 egg 1-2 tablespoons of milk of choice 1 tablespoon coconut sugar  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract  Pinch of salt   Crust  1/3 cup flour  1 tablespoon coconut sugar  2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil  Pinch of salt   Blend all cheesecake ingredients together . Mix the crust ingredients in a separate bowl . Get two ram cans and press down the crust to the bottom  Pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust  Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.  #cottagecheeserecipes #pumpkin #pumpkincheesecake #highproteindesserts
