Ingredients (makes 6) 1 1/4 cup oats 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/3 cup maple syrup Chocolate: 1/2 cup dark choc chips 2tbsp natural peanut butter Method: Blend 1/4c of the oats to form oat flour. In a bowl add the rolled oats, oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup and mix until combined. Place into a silicone mould. Melt chocolate with peanut butter. Spread on top of the oat mixture. Leave in the freezer for a few hours to set. Store in the fridge. Enjoy!
