 • Salt and pepper, to taste
 • Oil for deep frying

The Filling
 • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
 • 1/3 large onion, finely chopped
 • 7 ounces ground beef
 • 1/4 cup pine nuts (optional)
 • 1 tbsp 7 spices
 • Salt and pepper, to taste

Tahini Sauce
 • 1/4 cup tahini paste
 • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 • 2 garlic cloves, minced
 • 1/4 teaspoon salt
 • 2 tablespoons warm water
 • 1/2 teaspoon Pinch of chili flakes

* Add other ingredients and knead the dough. I kneaded it in the dough kneading machine. It is very practical.
* While the dough is resting, fry the stuffing with minced meat, onion and oil. Add the spices, fry and it's ready.
* It turns out 25 pieces. I put the rest in the freezer
