Opt for a reverse lunge instead of a forward lunge for a more hip dominant lunge   2. Hold on for stability (more glute max focus)   3. Lean forward to initiate driving the hips back   4. Push hips back for more glutes   This is my favorite lunge variation for glute max 👍
