Ingredients  • Mawa 3 tbsp  • Chopped nuts 3 tbsp  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp  • Raisins 1 tbsp  • Powder sugar 1 tbsp  • Dry rose petals 1 tbsp (optional)  Motichoor laddoo 6  • White chocolate 150 gm  • Pista and rose petals for garnish.  It's very important to press the motichoor mix in your palm firmly few times to ensure a well formed laddoo

Ingredients:
 • Smoodh Coffee Frape
 • Cooking chocolate
 • Chocolate crumbs
 • Some sprinkles

Method:
 • - Just need to take a ready chocolate cake, make crumbs
 • - for binding into small balls; add Smoodh Coffee Frape flavor.
 • - Once balls are formed; keep in fridge for few minutes
 • - Now melt dark cooking chocolate
 • - And dip the cake balls into melted cooking chocolate
 • - Immediately stick a stick and cover with colorful sprinkles
 • - Place it back in fridge for some time to set
 • - Choco pops are ready

 • ▢ 1 tablespoon poppy seeds khus khus
 • ▢ 20 peppercorns
 • ▢ 1 tablespoon fennel seeds sauf
 • ▢ 15 green cardamom pods
 • ▢ 1 tablespoon dried rose petals
 • ▢ pinch saffron optional

For Thandai Truffles
 • ▢ 8 oz white chocolate bar
 • ▢ ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
 • ▢ ¾ cup thandai powder (as listed above)
 • ▢ 8 oz white candy melts or white chocolate chips
 • ▢ 2 tablespoons dried rose petals for garnish
 • ▢ 10-15 pistachios roughly chopped for garnish
