If you love my PBJ Yogurt Bowl and have to try this fall version with cinnamon apples aka my APPLE PIE YOGURT BOWL 🍎🥧🥛   Here is how to make it:  ・1 (5.3 oz cup) Siggi’s lower sugar vanilla yogurt ・¼ cup low fat cottage cheese (I used Good Culture) ・ ½ cup cinnamon toast Catalina crunch cereal ・ ½ cup chopped apple, about ½ off a large apple ・1 teaspoon maple syrup ・ pinch of cinnamon  1️⃣ Add chopped apple pieces, maple syrup and cinnamon in a small microwave-safe bowl. Stir together to coat apples.  2️⃣ Heat using 30 second increments for 1-2 minutes, until apples have softened a bit and look similar to baked apples. Let cool for a bit. 3️⃣ Add yogurt, cottage cheese, cooked apples and cereal to a bowl. Stir to combine and enjoy.

Cinnamon Apple Yogurt Bowl 1 cup plain greek yogurt, I used @FAGE 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 apple, chopped 1 tbsp coconut oil 2 tsp cinnamon, or to taste 1-2 tbsp honey Granola Stir the chopped apple, coconut oil, cinnamon and honey together. Ingredients:
 • 40g oats
 • 100ml water or milk of your preference
 • 20g vanilla protein powder
 • 1 tsp cinnamon

Now mix half of the mixture with the cinnamon. Now place the two mixtures alternately in a separate bowl and place in the microwave for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely, leave it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top it with icing sugar if desired and enjoy!
