Kaju Katli Truffles - 1 cup cashews - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/4 cup water - 1 tsp ghee (more if required) - 200g melted white chocolate - cardamom powder 1. Powder 1 cup cashews and make a sungle string sugar syrup using half a cup sugar and some water. 2. Add the powdered cashew to it and let it cook for 7-8 mins till it starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add some ghee 3. Take the mix out on a parchment paper. Knead this while it is still warm for about 8 to 10 minutes. Let it cool down 4. Form round balls from this and dip them in some white chocolate and let it set in freezer for about 30 minutes before garnishing with cardamom powder and rose petals! 💙🪔

 • Note: Dry roast the Makhana/foxnuts at medium flame for 5 minutes. Then melt the chocolate and mix the roasted Makhana and transfer them to tray lined with parchment paper and top it with pistachio powder. Refrigerate until set and enjoy!
