In a pot, Add 1 Cup water, Let it come to a boil, Then add 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Ghee 1 Cup Jowar Aata -Mix well until properly combined. Then switch off the gas flame, Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. -Once it’s cool to touch, Knead it nicely for 8-10 minutes to make a smooth dough. -Now Make rotis as you usually would. -Roast on a pan on medium to high flame. Do not cook on low flame, it will get hard. • Benazir’s Tip - The thing about roasting Jowar rotis is, the longer you roast, the harder it gets. They are whitish in color even after roasting.

Ingredients
• 2-3lb chuck roast
• 4 cups of beef broth
• 15oz diced tomatoes
• 1 tsp Outside Table Everyday Herb
• 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp browning sauce (sub worcestershire sauce)
• 1/2 cup dry red wine
• 3 garlic cloves, peeled

2 celery stalks, sliced

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Wipe off the chuck roast with a paper towel, season both sides well with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to an oven safe pot. Place the roast in the pan, sear each side until golden brown. Remove and then add the onions to the pot, saute, add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and place the roast back in the pot. Cover and cook for 4-6 hrs or until fork tender. Serve w
