Blueberry Pie Overnight Oats💜 These overnight oats contain between 25-30g protein, depending on what kind of yogurt you use. The Greek yogurt I use contains 13g protein per 100g. ... Serve immediately or store in the fridge overnight for breakfast!  INGREDIENTS : 1/2 cup oats 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp berrylicious blend 1/2 cup mixed berries (I used frozen) 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1/2 cup milk pinch of salt 1 tbsp maple syrup Toppings: more berries & maple syrup (optional)  Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (leave out toppings). Pour mixture into a glass and top with berries. Note: I made a double batch and made them separately- the mixed berries vary slightly so the color of the layers was slightly different. You can serve immediately or store in the fridge overnight.

Ingredients  • 30g oats  • 20g vanilla protein  • 1/2 tsp natural sweetener 80-90ml almond milk  • 1 tsp/3g chia seeds  • 30g/handful fresh Australian blueberries  Mix well & add to ramekin or bowl of choice.  Blueberry layer  • Warm around 20g blueberries (can use frozen) in the microwave for 30 secs, smash and add on top of oats.  Cream cheese layer  • 20g light cream cheese (softened in the microwave for about 10 seconds)  • 70g yogurt  • Dash of Sugarfree maple syrup/honey/ sweetener of choice  Mix well and spread on top of your blueberry and oat layers.  Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours.  Top with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut and some extra fresh blueberries & enjoy.  Save this recipe for later.
