Credits: Banana Chia Pudding by @cookingforpeanuts  ✅Ingredients:  2 to 2 ½ cups nondairy milk  ½ cup chia seeds  1 large ripe banana  2 teaspoons maple syrup (OPTIONAL)  ✅For the walnut cream:  1 cup raw walnut pieces (or cashews, or blanched almonds)  ¾ cups nondairy milk  3 pitted dates  1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)  ✅Optional for serving:  Granola,  Sliced banana  Drizzle maple syrup  ✅Add 2 cups nondairy milk, the chia seeds, and banana to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed. Transfer to four single-serve airtight containers.  ✅To a clean blender canister, add the walnut pieces, ¾ cup nondairy milk, dates, and vanilla. Ingredients:
 • 1 cup milk of choice 
 • 1 tbsp peanut butter 
 • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
 • 2 tbsp chia seeds 
 • toppings of choice (banana, walnuts, chocolate chips)

Add milk, peanut butter, and optionally honey to a cup and use a frother to blend together (I got the frother tip from @skinnytaste who used her frother to mix milk and protein powder!) 

Add chia to milk mixture and let it sit for 10-15 minutes for chia to soak. 

Mix the chia milk mixture with toppings like fruits, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, etc., and enjoy!!

This viral chia seed cereal was so easy to make and it did NOT disappoint! 

I incorporated peanut butter into my base to switch things up and it was such a great addition 🤩
