 • Place the following ingredients into a blender: 1 cup of plain kefir, 1 banana, 3 pitted dates, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp date syrup, dash of cinnamon, 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and 3 ice cubes. Blend on high until fully combined.
