How can I buy a subscription for someone else? Show Hide
All of our subscription plans give you the opportunity to gift them to someone else. Visit our subscription offers page and click any offer and then click “Gift”. You will need to provide the email of your recipient and payment. The recipient will receive an email showing you paid for this and a link to complete their details to process the order.
Can I choose with which issue my subscription starts with? Show Hide
When you subscribe to the bundle subscription, your print magazine will start from the next available issue of the magazine. Click here for our full publishing calendar. When you subscribe to either bundle or digital-only, you automatically are granted access to our full archive of issues which you can access from the web or through our app.
Where can I buy single copies of the magazine? Show Hide
Current and back issues are available to purchase via the Motor Sport shop. If you’d like to buy a copy near you, click here to find your local store.

Unfortunately I’ve received my magazine but it has been damaged, can I have a replacement? Show Hide
We are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged issue. We will reimburse or replace any damaged issues free of charge within two months of publication. Please contact our Customer Service Team with your Customer ID number or postcode/zipcode on +44 (0)20 7349 8484 if you are calling from the UK or worldwide. We are sorry to hear that you have not received all your issues. You can enquire for more information by calling us on +44 (0)20 7349 8484 or emailing [email protected]. You must have contacted us within two months of publication in order to receive a reimbursement or free replacement.

We send out renewal letters and renewal emails to all subscribers before your subscription is due to end, to ensure that you do not miss any further issues. You can also log in to your account and click Subscriptions see your subscription end date.

Where does Motor Sport magazine ship to? Show Hide
We ship to most locations globally, but in recent times, we’ve experienced delivery problems with PO Boxes worldwide. Therefore, where possible, we request a non-PO Box address to ensure as smooth a delivery as possible.
Can Motor Sport magazine supply a receipt/invoice for my subscription/ordered items? Show Hide
All customers receive an email confirmation once an order is processed from our website. The MY ACCOUNT space on our website gives detailed overview.
What can I do if I do not receive an issue on time? Show Hide
Please allow 7 days from on-sale date (UK) or 4 – 8 Weeks from on-sale date (Rest of the World) for delivery of your issue. If you have still not received it after this time period, contact [email protected] quoting your Customer ID number.

In general delivery times are as follows:
UK Delivery
Orders will usually be processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 48 hours, excluding bank holidays and during the Christmas period. Delivery is typically 5-10 working days. Special order items such as prints will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock.
USA and ROW Delivery
Orders will usually be processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 48 hours, excluding bank holidays and during the Christmas period. All items are dispatched from the UK by local postal service therefore delivery is typically 14-21 days to USA and ROW depending on local postal service status. Due to customs processes some countries outside of the UK may be subject to delays and take longer than 14-21 days. Royal Mail service updates are available here.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation you will be offered a full refund. If the event has to be postponed tickets will be transferable to the new date.

Why can’t I read all the back issues for free? Show Hide
Unlimited access to back issues is available to Bundle and Digital Plus subscribers. Individual issues can be purchased, but the most cost effective way to read them is to upgrade or subscribe Bundle or Digital Plus.
How do I buy a Digital only subscription? Show Hide

Do print subscribers get the Digital edition for free? Show Hide
As a print subscriber you do not receive the digital magazine as part of your subscription. If you wish to add the digital magazine to be included in your print magazine you will need to upgrade your subscription to the Bundle package. You can upgrade to the Bundle package from as little as £2.99 and receive instant access to both the interactive digital edition and online Motor Sport archive. For more information click here.
I am having difficulties downloading the magazine. Show Hide
To download and view issues tap the download button on each issue cover. Please ensure that you are connected to a wi-fi network to ensure that the issues download correctly.
How do I buy a single digital issue? Show Hide
You can buy individual issues directly through the App by clicking the Buy button next to the particular issue you require.
I have purchased a subscription direct from Apple and are unsure how many issues I have remaining. Show Hide
We don’t actually have the ability to see what your subscription status is with Apple, as you have bought the magazine from them directly. Apple doesn’t share any purchaser’s information with us. However, you can check your subscription status with them by following the below steps:
- Go to the Settings tab on your iPad.
- Click on the iTunes and App Store button on the left hand side.
- Click on your Apple ID.
- Then click on the Subscriptions button.
- It will then show the subs you have through Apple
- Then click on the Motor Sport subscription and it will then show you your sub status with Apple and how many issues you have left or if it is expired.
I have purchased a subscription or issue direct from Apple and have lost it from my iPad, how do I get it back? Show Hide
To restore your purchases, within the app go to Account > App Store Purchases > Click ‘Restore’.
