President Donald Trump says he plans to hike tariffs on imports of Canadian goods by an extra 10% because of an anti-tariff television ad aired by the province of Ontario.
The president cut off trade talks because of this video.
“I feel terrible for the Americans, but it’s one person, it’s President Trump, that’s creating this chaos," said Ontario Premier Doug Ford.
