International Journal of Cultural Property is a leading peer-reviewed journal, published quarterly since 1992. It features articles, essays, editorial comments, current developments, and book reviews by leading scholars and practitioners from around the world addressing developments in cultural heritage and art law in a multidisciplinary context. The Journal also provides analyses of decisions by international, regional, and national courts and tribunals, and contemporary practice and policies of intergovernmental and national bodies and relevant non-governmental organizations in the field.
