FIBC

FIBCs, short for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers, are bulk packaging bags made from polypropylene fibers.

They are sturdy, flexible, and can hold up to 5,000 pounds of materials. These bags are best with flowable, solid substances or powders, making them invaluable to industries such as chemicals, mining, resin, or plastic. When flat, they weigh much less than boxes or drums, enabling you to transport more material safely.

Standard FIBCs

General-purpose bulk bags suitable for most dry materials. Designed for safe lifting and stacking, these bags are an economical choice for everyday material handling. Usually constructed as a 4-panel bag, they retain their square shape even when filled.

Bulk Bags with Liners

Incorporating liners ensures added protection against moisture, dust, and contamination. Ideal for hygroscopic or sensitive products, they maintain product integrity during storage and transport.

U-Panel FIBCs

Featuring a U-shaped panel for even load distribution, these bags are perfect for heavy-duty applications. They maximize strength and reduce the risk of bag deformation under load due to the added rigidity provided by the longer panels.

Circular FIBCs

Constructed in a continuous circular weave, these bags provide superior stability and can hold larger volumes, with the absence of a side seam providing high vertical pressure. Best for round or free-flowing materials, and especially finer materials, they offer excellent strength and efficiency.

Baffle FIBCs

Designed with internal baffles to maintain shape when filled, baffle FIBCs prevent bulging and improve stacking efficiency. Ideal for maximizing storage space and safe transport. Used for materials that pose an electrostatic risk; no grounding necessary.
