Welcome to the official website of Frank Conniff and Trace Beaulieu’s live movie-riffing tour, The Mads Are Back! We created, wrote, and starred as Dr. Clayton Forrester/Crow T. Robot (Trace) and TV’s Frank (Frank) on a little Minnesotan puppet show you may have heard of called Mystery Science Theater 3000. Now we’re back on the road again, riffing movies across the U.S. (and someday maybe even internationally) at venues recommended to us by our friends, AKA fans like you. We operate totally independently and rely on your continued support and devotion to keep our tour a’rollin’.
