There seems a bug where the Wikidata still register the namespace as "Wikivoyage" instead of "Wikiwisata".

If you actually want PageAssessments, Popups, WikiLove, or QuickSurveys deployed on idwikivoyage and have an actual reason for them rather than blindly copying from elsewhere then feel free to request those following the standard config change request process.

Perhaps you meant something else by "extension", like gadgets or templates. In that case there's nothing anyone here on Phabricator can do about it - they're on-wiki content that has to get created on wiki by the local community.

Can you also enable/import every extension that is used in English Wikivoyage into Indonesian Wikivoyage? Along with their .js and .css ?

I however do not agree with change of the namespace from "Wiktionary" to "Wikikamus", because the ns 4 is already broken for all wikis, and the requested change will worsen the mess. A namespace should NOT be named "Wikipedia", "Wiktionary", "Wikikamus" or similar. Maybe I will make a proposal about this one day.

The canonical namespace should stay unchanged like every other project (e.g. idwikibooks's Wikibuku namespace with the canonical name Wikibooks).
If what you want to mention is some page's heading still using Wikiquote, the cache would be expired in a few days if no one touch them. Or you can do an action=purge or null edit which would regen the parser cache.
