Errr. It deserves checking, but I think that this issue might have been solved
An archive system would be good....

I finally tested today. Works pretty well. I have not tested all options... but several of those of interest to me and that was ok !
Will explain the team how to use that. Need to figure out which output we want to do graphs for, and then how to best do that.

Hello. Thanks. Now I just need to figure out exactly how those things work :)

To be honest

I MAY have identified a possibility that MIGHT explain why SOMETIMES the images do not load and it seems the whole system got stuck...

So far so good. At least I can run my workshop. Good news ! Thanks

Well, I have tried, reloaded, tried again, changed the depth of category, removed Oman to replace it with the smaller category:Mascat. Still nothing.
I am have changed two of my old test campaigns, to give them Mascat. Still nothing.

Regardigng 343... I changed the depth several times. From 0 to 5. It does not make any difference. It is stuck at 16000. It is currently at depth 3.

Well. Mixed feelings Eugene. It does not seem to do the job

Gosh. Same here. I tried several different categories in my test campaign. Nothing is loading at all...
It does feel like it is a different bug altogether though Sara. In the bug above, images were « recognized » as existant, but not being loaded. So the visual indicated « loading ongoing ».
In your case, no image are seen at all. That’s a different issue.

- Send confirmed participants a message, which might include
a) thank them,
b) propose resources (such as a non-public link to the record of the session on YouTube)
c) provide a link to a satisfaction survey
d) invite them to xxx

I fully support that feature request. It would be very useful.
Suggestion (not ideal, but a start) : after the event is done, on-wiki notification asking them to confirm or infirm whether they attended the event. Of course, some might never answer or some might answer « wrongly », but « assume good faith » should still be in our minds ;)
If person did not « confirm » or « Infirm » attendance, the next time he register to an event, the notification might include the invitation to confirm or infirm the two events rather than only the last one.

@Sebastian_Berlin-WMSE I have tried most scenarios. Updating the page after 1 mn, after 5 mn, after 10 mn, several hours later, 3 days later, or even months later.
I also sometimes go back inside the campaign, change the categories, click the « update » button, try again.
I have not been able to identify a pattern.
Sometimes a test on a campaign will pass (images updated within 1 mn), Then later after changing the category will fail. Consistently. And after several changes will work again. No clear pattern unfortunately.

Is that having a practical impact on the efficiency of the tool ?

Thanks Ketulucas, I can not review myself... @Eugene :)

I can also ask https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Jenglucky (new user)

Eugene... that does not seem possible. First because Aman ADO has been around for a long time (he existed). And second because IF he was not registered or not logged in... he could NOT participate to ISA anyway (since it is required)
We could contact him to ask him to try again?
